We specialise in student accommodation located within close proximity to the University of New South Wales, and the surrounding universities UTS, University of Sydney, offering comprehensive support that spans from property development through Primus DMS to property management and leasing. We also specialise in Build to rent properties, our approach to all of these focuses on creating safe, secure, and study-friendly environments, to all our students and family friendly environments to all our tenants, while ensuring maximum returns for our investors.

Expanding our reach, we have also established a second office in North Kellyville, located in the north-west of Sydney. This office specialises in residential property management, leasing, sales, and build-to-rent properties, catering to all surrounding suburbs.
